Friday the 13th
With everything going on around us these past couple of days, it's nice to stop and take a minute to appreciate the people or things that matter to you.
That is precisely the purpose of this page. So let's get to it
My husband had to be the first, as he indeed had a lot to do with the creation of Yari's Corner-Just Yari website. For that I am forever grateful. Not a lot of people realize how complex a person can be. He, embraces the creative energy in me that is somewhat suppressed by everyday activities- such as work and home life.
This week, however, has made me open my perspective greatly. Although there is a lot about me that people do not know, they still are appreciative of my ideas and perspective. Those who are appreciative I thank. Those who are not appreciative and distant I also thank.
People who resolve to give you a hard time are teaching an invaluable lesson. They teach how to grow above the current situation that is faced, and how to survive those that may come. So for those lessons, thank you.
Those who appreciate my ideas, my goals, and dreams I thank you too. Although everyone needs people who push them to be greater, they also need a supportive group behind them to encourage them, and give them strength.
You never truly know who fall into which category- people are capable of changing their opinion of a person at any given moment. To those who wished me a happy birthday this Friday the 13th, thank you.
